End of 2009, start of 2010

Once again, we are moving to a new year. 2009 has been a year of strategic change for Ta with you, and we are satisfied with the final results. We hope that 2010 brings us and our clients even more success, a consequence of well done hard work. Happy 2010 to you all!

In the Chinese culture, it is the year of the tiger. The tiger is a sign of courage, a fearless and fiery fighter, who wards off the three main disasters of a household: fire, thieves and ghosts… No doubt, 2010 will be a 10!

Red Herring Global Finalist

The year ended with the nomination of Ta with you as a finalist for the Global Red Herring award, a prestigious list honoring the year’s most promising private technology ventures from around the world. The nominees are evaluated on both quantitative and qualitative criteria, such as financial performance, technology innovation, quality of management, execution of strategy, and integration into their respective industries.

Finalists for the 2009 edition of the Red Herring Global 100 award are selected from the regional recipients or finalists of the Red Herring 100 awards in 2007, 2008, or 2009 ranging from Asia, Europe, and North America. Here you can find the official list selected over 1200 applicants, where you can see that our company is the only Spanish company this time!

During the past days, our CEO participated in several events. As the President of Xarxa Onion, he presented the Jam Session between Xavier Verdaguer and Dídac Lee, two of the greatest entrepreneurs in Barcelona and surroundings. It was inspiring to see how you can conquer the world with ambition but also with the finest humility. Thanks for coming and sharing your experience with us.

Another event to foster entrepreneurship was carried out at CETT. More than 200 students attended to listen to the experiences of four entrepreneurs, namely Joan Coll, Sandra Gard, Jordi Vilaseca, and Diego Bartolomé. 2010 is a good year to start your own business, specially if you are young, you have nothing to lose! We’ll keep on working to help our young professionals grow and start their own business when they are ready.
